I’ve got some exciting news to share! Last night, I received the appointment of the Montgomery County Democratic Party to become the next Montgomery County Treasurer! I’m honored by the trust the party has placed in me to run this vital county office.

I’m excited to return to the treasurer’s office, where I first began my public service career with former Treasurer Hugh Quill, 18 years ago.

I cannot wait to roll up my sleeves and get back to work for the great people of Montgomery County! My mission will be to protect the people’s tax dollars, harness the latest technology to improve customer service, and continue to champion the Montgomery County Land Bank as an excellent tool to help our local communities turn delinquent properties back to productive use.

First though, I need to make it official! If you’re available to join us, I’d be honored to have you attend my oath of office ceremony, this coming Tuesday morning.  Here are the details:
